Job Title: Driver/Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse, facility, and inventory activities, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- As a Delivery Driver, you are responsible for transporting material and other goods to and from job sites, the warehouse and from material vendors. This can include loading the goods/materials onto the delivery van or truck and using navigation tools to arrive at the right address.

- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and distribution of materials and products
- Coordinate with team members to ensure optimal use of warehouse space and efficient organization of goods
- Ensure compliance with safety and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to meet internal customer requirements
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics departments to optimize supply chain operations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to streamline warehouse operations and enhance efficiency
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to warehouse operations in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, generating reports and recommending areas for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and inventory management techniques
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or materials as needed

Working Conditions:
The Warehouse Coordinator will primarily work in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to loud noises, dusty conditions, and various temperature extremes. They may be required to stand, bend, lift, and stretch for extended periods. The position may also entail occasional weekend or evening work to meet operational requirements.
